Child Support Withholdings
We process child support payments automatically.
A small poundage fee (starting at $2) is withheld from employees to cover processing. We prefer to schedule these payments using Ohio’s online payment system which does require your participation in setting up. Don’t worry, we will guide you through the process. 
If an employee is laid off or terminated, you must notify CSEA within 10 days.

If an employee is rehired they must provide an order from CSEA/ODJFS to stop child support or we will just resume the collection. 

Garnishments

Bring the court order in so we can make a copy of all the documents for remitting the garnishment payment. We prefer to pay these online if possible but often times that is not an option. We will discuss these details more in person/by phone or email. 

We cannot just stop a garnishment, we need all forms related to the court order and/or an order from the court to stop the garnishment.
